Thank you for taking a moment to learn about GraceWorks Collaborative. If we haven’t met yet, I’m Bobby Kazmir. I’m a child of the Living God, husband, father of three, and PopPop to five (so far!).

After retiring from the military, I continued my calling to develop others certifying as a coach for Maxwell Leadership and a certified guide with GiANT Worldwide. I've brought this experience to executive roles in both higher education and corporate learning, several years of consulting for a Big4 firm, serving as a veteran career coach, and pouring into my local church. In every setting, the mission stayed the same: help leaders communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and lead with confidence and peace.

Today, through GraceWorks Collaborative, I bring all of that experience to the leaders and organizations I serve. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, coaching an emerging leader, or helping a team build healthier rhythms, I draw from lessons learned in classrooms, boardrooms, combat zones, and quiet moments of reflection that shaped me into the leader I am today.
